Need help - I just found a Zephyr 360 with Pre-7371 Dash!

Hey all, I've been on iXtreme for several years, first as a softmodder with LT on a Sammy Xenon 360, then went to x3k3y when that drive stopped working, and now that 360 is pretty much toast. I've picked up two Xbox 360's used for $15 each, and one of them is a Zephyr phat with dash 6717. Since they're rare to find, I was thinking of JTAG'ing it and haven't been able to figure out the best way. The drive is sticky, so I think I'll have to copy all my games to a hdd to run on the JTAG.
