360 slim rgh is locked. help

i had help setting up my rgh and we got the life time xb stealth thing going and everything.

Now my xbox says something like "This console can't play until your subscription payments are up to date"

cant even get into the xexmenu or anything. so i cant even get into the harddrive.

will a new KV fix this? or am i screwed....? if i have to buy a new key i will pay someone to fix this for me.
