JTAG Won't Boot After Attempted Install of 16747

Hey there,

I have been wanting to get my JTAG online. Its a Jasper console. To get it online i needed to update to the latest dash. I used xeBuild to get my updflash.bin. This worked fine. Then I was in the process of installing this on the xbox and I had a power cut when the installation was at about 20%. And now the xbox won't boot. It will power on but the tv will say no signal.

Can anyone help me? It would be greatly appreciated.
