I was working on reviving two dead 360s and brought 1 back to life. I went to flash the dvd drive and plugged it into a molex power supply I bought on modchipcentral. When I did it started smoking almost immediately. Turns out it totally fried my drive! I've read that some are able to extract the dvd key from a dead drive with specialty tools. Could someone point me in the right direction or help me out? Also, I put the drive from the totally dead 360 into the working one. It reads...
