XK3y Causes restart

Hi All,

I am new here but have searched through lots of posts - so sorry if I have missed this.

Is there any official answer to a way to fix the issue of the Xk3y causing a restart of the console 360 fat version. It is not overheating etc. It will simply randomly restart. Could be 5 mins - could be 1 hr+

Any assistance is appreciated.
